    Dear Sir,

I am hereby answering note No. 166/014 sent by email on February 25, 2014, and hereby depose:

That on January 27, 2014 we received note 64/014, by virtue of which you invited us to hold conversations regarding the company’s eventual predisposition to dispose of the land owned thereby. Said note was duly answered on February 13, 2014 (note No. 457), whereby an officer of our company stated that in view of a firm, clear and accurate offer of land exchange or purchase, it would be analyzed by the Board of Directors. The latter constitutes the company’s policy, which shall carry on some diligence and analysis before taking a decision thereon.

We further report that as legitimate owners of the real property located in the Department of Alto Paraguay, identified as Plot 260, Block 170 and Block 171, we ratify the depositions of Mr. José María Peña Nieto in the mentioned note, and we reiterate the willingness of Carlos Casado S.A. to appear if requested by the State Institutions.
