ADRs programme with the New York Mellon Bank

Carlos Casado has proceeded to the Renewal of the American Depositary Receipts Programme (ADRs) with the BNY Mellon, issuer and depositary thereof under the terms of the agreement signed on 11th May 2009.
This action is part of the business development strategy of the company, and in the field of business policy to provide an additional instrument for accessing foreign investors in order to provide greater volume and liquidity to shares.
