Cash dividend notice

In accordance with the provisions of the Rules of the National Securities Commission and the Listing Regulations of Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos SA, Messrs. Shareholders holders of one and five-voting rights of Carlos Casado SA are informed (excluding 520,000 treasury shares representing 0.42% of the capital), in accordance with resolutions adopted at the AGM held on 30 April 2019 and the Meeting of the Board held on 14 June 2019, as from next 01/07 / 2019 a cash dividend corresponding to the profits for the year ended on 31/12/2018, amounting to $ 29,287,806 (twenty-nine million pesos two hundred eighty-seven thousand eight hundred and six) will be made available and may be collected in dollars that at the closing exchange rate of 29 April 2019 correspond to U $ S 640,871 (dollars, six hundred and forty thousand, eight hundred and seventy-one), representing 23.873333877% of the Share Capital, corresponding $ 0.238733339 and US $ 0.005223924 per share.
The shareholders may receive the dividend exclusively in one of the following ways: (i) by transfer in US dollars to an account in the US banking centre (ü) by transfer in US dollars to an account in the banking plaza of the Argentine Republic (iii) by transfer in pesos to an account in the banking plaza of the Argentine Republic.
Caja de Valores S.A. has been designated as paying agent of the dividend announced, so that shareholders, entitled a collection, shall address their Headquarters, located at 362, 25 May Rd., in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires or any of its branch offices in the country , on business days from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and inform the collection option chosen (i) in US dollars by bank transfer to an account in the US banking plaza; (ii) in dollars by bank transfer to an account in the Argentine Republic; or (iii) in pesos by transfer to an account in the banking plaza of the Argentine Republic. The option may be exercised as from the date of publication of this notice until 28/06/19.
