The main objective of Carlos Casado is to achieve the maximum value of the land by adding value through development and production procedures.
Development is the first step in the valuation of lands. This process begins with the approval of environmental licenses and simultaneously with agronomic studies of the environment in order to determine the best use of land and its development procedure. To do this, satellite images are analysed and complemented with on-site soil analysis. Together with these studies, logistical and operational aspects are taken into consideration.
During this process, biodiversity reserves, which in turn serve as biological corridors, are preserved.
We apply rigorous sustainability criteria in order to enhance our subsequent production activities.
